im still up and its 2 am and i have to get up at 6 am. im having lots of trouble sleeping and i was wondering if i should try to go to school or not? and if anyone could give me ideas on how to fall asleep fast?

do exercises like badminton. it can make u sleep faster!! hehe...o try to listen to oldies a.k.a soft songs. it will make u calm n eventually u fall asleep! (=_=)
