Im 12, 13 in june and im in year 8 now but next year in high school. Im 5'1 and im very small for my year. Ive been told that the more exercise i do the taller i will grow, is that true? I weight 11 stone and i want to lose at least 2 stone by christmas. I don't like exercise except badminton but the club i go to is only once a week. I go to junior gym once a week as-well  I want to do more exercise around the house, not outside because im ashamed of my body. Please help me!:)

When I was younger I was obese and my boyfriend dumped me for it:(

I know how you feel but I managed to lose weight.

The main thing is to do as much exercise as you can.

Drink lots of water all through the day.

When i was 14 I was 11 stone as-well and got down to 9 stone in under a year.

Get a dance workout DVD as they are fun and do half an hour of those workouts.

You will notice a change in your body.

I know how some people say its not what is on that outside that counts but it kinda does.

Just don't worry as you have a solution so you will be slimmer by you going into high school.
