Hi. I am 51, and I have the same going on. My periods are very unpredictable at this point ... skipping, flooding, clumping, spotting, brown blood, "chicken livers", jelly blood ... you name it, I've had it. I also have cramping, headaches, joint pain, restlessness, insomnia, and sluggishness. One of the most depressing situations is when I experience a constant period for several months. Needless to say, all of this perimenopause stuff is getting old! Hormones fluxuate so much and so quickly that it's hard to determine what I need to do from one day to the next. I have been taking blackstrap molasses, vitamin K, Bone-Up Ultra, and a good-quality vitamin. I have found some relief with Life-Flo products, such as Progesta-care, Estro-care, and DHEA Plus.

I know how you feel. I had these signes in my 20's. No one ever told me what that was. It occured again earlier this year. I am now 45. If you find anything more about this issue, please do not hesitate to contact. I became pregnant after the incidents. Perhaps we are poolong blood that coaggulates ant the breaks awat to release the mensese properly; or hormones.
