i think it is period blood but I am not sure, it comes out like period blood, but it doesn't look like it. Should I mark that I am on my period, or do I have a disease, what should I do about this clear stuff?

This is most likely just vaginal discharge, if it is clear and does not have any particularly bad odor it is not of concern. It is also not your period.
