i have had a back problem and testicle for 15 years. i had an mri and i have 15% compression in my lower left of my spine. my left leg jumps and twitches its itchy inside all the time and i caant control it. i had 3 steroid injections close to the spine and no help. no cream or massage has helped only seitai therapy and dihydrocodeine tablets..please help me or point me in the right direction im getting sleep depravation and making me depressed from no sleep. many thanks tony
