I have this itchy, rough feeling patch above my vaginal opening, but the thing that really scares me is it kind of feels like it is another hole. It is uncomfortable. It really itches! well i would definatly go and see a doctor...cuz if you tore somethin you could either (A) Get a really bad infection or you could (B) cause seriouse damage to vital organs down there...Also until you see a doctor and get checked out I would stop masturbating cuz it could make the situation worse...GOOD LUCK :-D

My dr said mine was a symptom of Herpes C virus in my system. Other signs are fever blisters, sometimes a sore area in yr mouth, etc
