May not be related to Doxycycln - whatever that is (I'm an experienced adult, not a medical professional) - but dehydration.
We're supposed to drink up to 2L of water a day for healthy living. If you fail to do so and allow yourself to become dehydrated, then you can experience pain in your kidneys ('back pain'), higher concentration of urine ('burning pee'), and reduced need to urinate ('no discharge?')

The back pain that you are speaking of could be a kidney infection, burning upon urination is also associated with that. You say you have taken 2 rounds of antibiotics, was this perscribed to you over the phone by your doctor or did you physically see him and had tests done? Many times, (tho i disagree) your MD will listen to your symptoms via the phone and diagnose you that way, there fore calling something in at your pharmacy for you to take.
My suggestion to you would be to make an appointment and see him. He will take a urine test for you and possibly a blood test.
