ive been trying to get pregnate over 3 years

hey hello people ...
 ive been trying to get pregnate over 3 years
and untill now i caint:(
i dont knoe if is normal or not but everytime
me and my husban have sex he comes but he gets off really fast
but thats not the problem my problem is that when he comes
i caint keep hes sperm inside
i trry many ways so it wont come out but nomatter what i do
it comes out ...
but i just dont wanna give up ...
but days months pass
and my hopes go away more and more i really need some one to help
me is it just that i really caint have a baby.. .:( plz
help i need and a advice
