I seriously doubt it could be pregnancy and it wouldnt be a miscarriage. Looks to me like your period just came early. It happens. For me, I had a period for a year that always came at the beginning of the month. Then it started coming at the end of the month, then the middle of the month. Now it just varies. It does have a mind of its own at times. I wouldn't stress over it. Because stress affects when it comes too.
