Im 12 years old and am very athletic, I weigh 160-170 I believe. I do cheer at beginning of school year, basketball at the middle and then softball starts April 6  (also my bday). I've tried to workout but nothing seems to change I just weigh more. One time I held 150lb on my legs and 80 lb on my shoulders. Am I overweight? My   parents and sister Gabi call me a fat a$$, and it really hurts plaza help
