Hi, I need some help for my kid. He is only ten years old and he has been diagnosed with juvenile idiopathic arthritis. I just cannot believe that he will have to deal with something like this from now on When does this condition actual occur? Why does it happen at all? Does anyone know?

There is nothing you could have done for him, this is a genetic disorder and it is something you do not have the power of. I suppose you have been told that it is something that does not have a definite cure; all that is left is dealing with the symptoms with the help of NSAID meds and corticosteroids too.
