hi can anyone help? im taking kalms due to stress, anxiety, i think i may be starting the menopause due to spotting inbetween periods, tender breasts, and the mood swings. I want to take evening primrose oil with starflower oil, but am not sure if i can take the two together. I want to try these before visiting the G.P.
