1)I have a problem in urinating .i pee very frequently whenever i drink lots of water like twice an hr and if i drink less then i can't pee even after getting a mild pressure. i don't feel pain and the pee is colourless. 2)I have this weird upper stomach pain - whenever i press the centre of my stomach(there's a point) exactly above the naval. it mildly pains. 3) my back hurts . it doesnt hurt bad and it's not continuos..just sometimes it hurts near the waist ..again mild pain... 4) i get tired very soon like if i climb something say stairs, i will fall short of breath which i wouldn't earlier and my heartbeat will also increase. i went to my family doctor yesterday. he told me i have the stomach pain because i drink less water .he wasn't saying things clearly. he said - you're alright with a smile on his face .he gave me 3 doses. they got over today. and still no avail. I have started to worry now. it's been 4 days.

With kidney issues they check your urine for protein.  Urine will produce a lot of bubbles when you go to the toilet.  This could be an indication of diabetes.  I think Diabetes is one of the top contributors of kidney disease.  Excessive urination is also a common symptom of diabetes.
