if you are familiar with the female anatomy , you may get some idea if you open her outer vulva lips, then carefully open her inner lips and see if her hymen is still intact.
if it is, then she is still a virgin. if its not , she may still be a virgin because her hymen can break if she inserts tampons into her vagina when she has her period.

also her hymen can break through her inserting fingers into her vagina during masturbation or exploration.
horse riding or other strenuous exercise can also cause ti to be torn.

but hymen vary anyway in their appearance, so unless you have examined all types of hymen in detail, you probably wont know how to tell.
if she says she is a virgin, then probably she is.
if she says she is , but in reality is not , what difference will it make?

Simply, you can't tell. You only have her word. A broken Hymen is useless in finding out if a woman is a virgin or not.

"virginity" is only a word and/or an idea: your idea and her word.

It is about as easy to fake virginity for most woman as it is for a man.
But then, some (rare) girls have an hymen that is so solid they need a gyno to get rid of it. I personally knew such a girl.

at 29 most women would like to show some expertise... if she says shes a virgin, she most likely is. and if you want to have sex with her, why should it matter if shes a virgin or not?
