August 29, 2006 I had surgery to remove a bulge between L3-L4. For a few weeks after surgery I had numbness under my left foot which continues. My left leg is numb all the way down to my foot. I continue to have lower back pain which limits my activites. I am seeing a new surgeon and have gone under numerious test. Bone scan, MRI with dye etc... The doctor seems to think I have reruptured my disc. Is this possiable? I have gone through physical therapy, nerve root blocks and nothing seems to make the pain go away.
