Almost everything I read about disc degeneration is about L4-L5. Has anyone else had these issues in the L3-L4 area?

I am in Boston, MA and am going to Mass General Hospital. They don't do disc replacement, only fusion. I know that New England Baptist does the replacement surgery but does anyone know of other hospitals in the area performing the new procedure?
