Okay, a couple nights ago I got really drunk and was eaten out by another girl. She not only had braces but one of her wires were popped and made the experience really painful. My labia minora was swollen really bad but the swelling is gone now. I noticed that it burned really badly when I went pee and so I looked to see if there were any wounds. I noticed a hickey looking mark on my right labia minora and on the inside if them they don't look like cuts but more like a few too many layers of skin were taken off. What can I do to heal this and prevent infection?

It stings when you pee because pee is more acidic that your normal wetness down there.

If your lip isn't swollen, just put some hydrogen peroxide on a cotton ball and gently wipe the area, but DO NOT insert it. Spread your lips open wide when you do this. The peroxide is an antiseptic and will kill any germs. Note that the peroxide may foam a bit and slightly sting.

You can follow up with some ointment commonly called "triple antibiotic". Look for these active ingredients: Bacitracin Zinc (400 units, First Aid Antibiotic), Neomycin Sulfate (3.5 mg, First Aid Antibiotic), Polymyxin B Sulfate (5000 units, First Aid Antibiotic).

NOTE: Do NOT use neosporin!

Are you shaved? It may help the healing process if you had no hair there for awhile.

Likely in a weeks time you will be back to normal.
