Hon you either have an infection or you need to give it a break from touching for a while. It depends on how bad it is. Give it a week and if it doesn't go away tell you doctor. There are other reasons besides fingering that can give you that. For example, chaffing, underwear riding up, you tried hoping a fence and you ended up like that, wearing a wet swim suit for to long, etc. You can say that and then ask to see a doctor if need be.
