I haven't gone through puberty and I'm 16 next week I have some hair above my penis and on my testicles but none on my face legs or armpits. My penis and testicles are very small my penis is about 2 inches 3.5-4 when erect. My voice hasn't broken and I'm quite short and chubby I look like a 12 year old im considering seeing my GP but its really embarrassing what should I do?

I do think you've started puberty from your description. A physical exam may be a good idea though as it does seem as though you may be a bit "behind."
Saying that, it's important to know that everyone develops differently and at their own rate. Some guys are just "late bloomers."
Start with the GP, it can't hurt and go from there.

Hey dude I'm a few months older and same thing. But recently my legs penis armpit lip have gotten hairy. Nothing is wrong we're just lat bloomers. I am just starting to grow I'm 5:4 114lbs and hittin it harder then before. It really got going when I started to workout so try that and I wish u and me luck.
