I am vegetarian and I’ve been told that I can get B12 from Laminaria. I asked around but no one seems to know what is in Laminaria. Anyone here?

You can try with Laminaria. It releases a gel called manitol, which science thinks offers hope for diabetics. Laminaria has very high vitamin content, the highest vegetable B12 content! So, I guess it is excellent news for vegetarians.
