Is it true that some foods are calorie negative- they have negative calories? What food is that?

This are claims of negative calorie diet. Scientifically, no foods contain negative calories!!! Some foods have more calories then other and that is the whole point, but negative calories- nope, that is not true. For example, negative calorie diet promotes foods high in vitamins and minerals, and that is mostly food, low in calories, but not with negative calories. They misplaced two words: negative for low. That makes people think, they can eat, and the more foods, containing negative calories, they eat, even more and more negative calories are allowed to be took in their body! This is nonsense!!!

The negative calorie diet is not nonsense. The name is only misleading. there are no negative calorie foods of course What they mean by "negative calorie is this, Say you eat an apple that has 65 calories in it well it takes about 100 calories for your body to burn that food resulting in a loss of 35 calories. your burning stored fat from your body. this implies that the more of these "negative calorie" foods you eat the more weight you will lose.

negative calories working to make u burn more and equal less? is a pound a rocks heavier than a pound of feathers? if negative calories were true, like celery being the most famous about 5 calories for a small stock, your saying that celery a vegetable which is digested having low calorie content our body works harder to digest for some odd reason and that being that is has nutrients in it therefore our body burns more than the calories in the celery itself creating a negative calorie effect and creating a deficet of 10-15 calories? another one is an apple actually half a small apple is 90 calories and is another item that is more like a laxative and has nutrients. therefore the whole apple is 90 times 2 and digesting this apple cause of nutrients creates the metabolism to work harder and create the effect of burning more than the calories you ate again creating a defecit?

if this is so the one thing that is the most nutritious is poultry and a little bit bigger than your palm peice of chicken is less calories than this apple. where is the problem? if this is a food with lower calories and actually has more nutrients because the apple contains sugar and vegetables have nutrients that are varied by colors so eating just celery would defy the whole idea because of the body already has the nutrients and adapts, does the chicken and poultry chicken and fish with omega 3 which supposively quickens the metabolism not because its a negative calorie food and yes is nutricious but actually is recommended to eat more of BECAUSE of the fact that it takes longer to digest than most foods which leaves you full longer so you are capable of losing weight and since digested slower with more nnutrients supposively this fact should be false because of the NEGATIVE CALORIE bull sh*t we like to believe?

drinking a NON CALORIC item like water makes the metabolism 30% quicker when doing this more than 8 times a day. and actually making the water with ice u drink and since we are warm blooded are bodies automatically makes the metabolism work harder and faster on NO CALORIES because its too cold to be digested that quick which creates the brain freeze effect. h20 doesnt have any nutrients that supports the theory that b/c of that it double the work of cals in the food and burns more.

fact or fiction? 4th grade i was a vegetarian and lost my hair and nails. therefore i became a WHITE vegetarian. ate chicken once a month or twice. stayed the same weight never gained didnt lose and my hair came back as well as my nails.

im sorry do i need any more evidence to prove negative calories is basically a theory not proven but said to be true because vegetarians lost more weight? well thats because a serving of veggies is 25 calories stupid sh*t.
