I am a healthy 36 year old man and have a very active sex live. I have always got erections very quickly and have never had any problems ejaculating.
A month ago I had sex with a girl who was quite rough and caused some pain in my penus. After she stopped the pain went away and there did not appear to be any side effects, and we finished without any problems.
For the next three weeks it took me longer and longer to ejaculate. It went from 30 minutes to over an hour, and on some occassions gave up all together.
Last week I stopped getting hard regardless of what I do and I don't wake up with erections anymore. I have read a lot of horror stories and I am pretty sure that I have not "broken my penis". There is an ache at the base of my penus but no real pain or discomfort.
I am seeing a doctor on Friday, but with this condition I am more than a bit concerned as you can imaging. Will this go away on its own.
Thanks.
