Im 14 and i'm late for my period. Yes my periods can be irregular but this time im suffering from abdominal cramp, alot of gas and when i need the toilet i feel the need to instantly go. My boyfriend and i have recently done sexsual activities but have NOT had sex but he has accidently put his sperm on my vagina but not inside, im worried that i could be pregnant but im not certain. I personally think it is another reason to this.... i need help?:-(

It's not unusual for periods to be irregular at your age - your body is still adjusting itself. And from what you described - abdominal cramping and bloating - it sounds to me like you are going through a PMS and PMS usually gets a lot worse when period is late. I don't think you're pregnant - sperm cant just "climb up" on its own all the way up to the uterus even if you were ovulating at the time which is the only time you have the chance to get pregnant. However, if your periods are constantly irregular, maybe it would be a good idea to visit a gynecologist to find out if maybe birth control pills are the option for you - they are the main treatment for irregular menstrual cycles.
