Late period and bad cramps.

I started cramping the day before i started my period. I started the day i was supposed to but it was very very lite and stopped that same day. Its four days later now and i am still cramping but still no bleeding. I normally only cramp twice during my period, once the day i start and once the day i stop, i've been cramping for five days now. other symptoms are, some soreness during sex, tender and sensitive nipples, some difficulty with my bowl movements, i was urinating more but only for a couple of days, and my face broke out like crazy(worse than it ever has). Haven't noticed much more. I am having unprotected sex but my boyfriend had a vasectomy about 10 yrs ago and i have not been with anyone else.
