Ok, I think this is what I thin kI might have, I'll list my symptoms and if someone could tell me what they think about it I would appreciate it.
Symptoms I am experiencing:
Dull Ache in left testicle, mainly in the spermatic cord/Epididymis area.
Pressure/heavy type feeling around the left testicle and groin are which radiates to left leg, lower abdomen, hip.
Warm burning sensation in the left spermatic cord/testicle which is slightly radiating to my lower abdomen.
Swollen and sensitive spermatic cord and Epididymis.
Excess fluid around the testicles
The testicle is also not hanging as low as the right one. (not sure if it's always been like that but I'm noticing it now since these symptoms.)
Ok so they are my symptoms, I'll mention some of the things I'm not having to rule things out.

I have done the testicular Cancer self examination numerous times and there are no abnormal lumps on both my spermatic cord and both testicles.
No Nausea, No loss of appetite, no severe pain, no erectile problems.
help would be appreciated guys! :)

Hi Daniel,
Epididymitis would be a good match for your symptoms.
Does the pain get worse when you urinate, ejaculate, or have a bowel movement?
Go check with your doctor, you'll likely be prescribed an antibiotic.

Bowel movement: no, ejaculate: no, urinate: I get a slight burning in the end of my penis but not very noticeable and not sure if it is related.

Just an update:
I went to the doctor today, he examined my groin and testicles, he felt no lumps and no major swelling, he thinks it might be Epididymitis. He prescribed me some antibiotics and told me to get a urine sample for him.
He also did the cough test where he felt around different areas of my groin and told me to cough, he said on the left side he felt a bit of an impulse, but he didn't seem overly concerned about it, he said to get the urine sample in and take the antibiotics and if it hasn't cleared up within a week to come back and he might do an ultrasound.

Another update: My doctor got my urine sample back and said he found no infection, but he did find some traces of blood in there. He didn't seem too worried about it though, just told me to go on with my antibiotics and maybe follow it up in a few months.
He said maybe in a month do another urine test and if its still there they may do an ultrasound to see if there is anything there, I said Is this something I should be worried about and he said "no, not now", and seemed pretty relaxed about it.
The fact that he pretty much said just to wait a few months then follow it up shows me he's not overly alerted by it.
Thoughts, anyone?

Yes I went for another urine test and he said there was no blood in there, and it is all good
I still feel the ache everynow and then but it seems like it's nothing and it doesnt bother me now

Problem with this disease is all studies normally come back negative. Blood in urine even small traces combined with other symptoms are a good indication of an infection that stemmed from a UTI and spread to the back.
Please update the board of the outcome and hope by now all is well for your sake and others dealing with this well understood disease.
