I know inplantation bleeding if it occurs, lasts about a day or two, but can it last for four or five days??

I had this type of bleeding a week before my expected period and now AF is late. It was very light with occasional pink and noticeable only when I wipe.

I assumed it was a early AF, but now not so sure?
I am on no BCP and pretty regular so not sure what is going on.
All HPT tests have been negative so far
