I have always masterbated secretly and it is now an adiction that I am powerless over. I have been ashamed and cannot talk to anyone about it. I am not telling you this for any other reason other than I am ashamed and quite desperate. I have masterbated daily,sometimes twice daily, through both my marriages, secretely, and am now 66 years old and although not as often I use porn images on the net and am thoroughly fed up with my slavish behaviour which is out of control.

You have over come the first hurdle by admitting that you have addictive behavior. The next thing is to seek some counseling for yourself. Due to the lack of sex in your marraige, what has your wife said about that?
