I have had the exact same sumptoms since July, so about 4 to 5 months now. The only thing I have not had done yet is an MRI. In addition to the list of symptoms that we both share, I have had several nights that I wake up to tingly or numb hands. I know it sounds like I'm sleeping on my hands but I can assure you that is not the case. My thumb through out the day also has a tingly feeling. I'm curious if you have had the same problem? All in all its getting to the point that I'm having a hard time functioning through out the day. I go to the gym and lift or do cardio to try to improve health without positive results so far. If you discover any thing in your diagnoses that you think might help me, please let me know.

Please get your vitamin d levels tested. Many of the problems like lightheadedness, disconnected feeling, loss of appetite are due to either vitamin d or b12 deficiency. Good luck and wish u all a very speedy recovery!!

Please see a physical therapist. I had shooting tingly feelings in my fingers and hands and it was caused by posture problems/muscular imbalances. Especially if the tingles occasionally become painful, you need to see a PT or you could cause nerve damage to yourself.

I too feel that I am not alone in this misery. I am older but my first episode of this was about 20 yrs ago & lasted for a whole summer. It just went away! At that time.

I'm in the exact same boat here... I've had Sinusitis for about 10 years. I've had bouts of 'spaceyness' but it's been extremely bad in the last few months, and I attribute it to my ear infection.. which has for the most part gone away, but still lingers.. (you know that sound you get when you swallow cracking popping... I've always had that no matter what). Interestingly, I've got a real focus problem since I've had it.. I'm all over the place, can't seem to focus on anything, Also, I am EXTREMELY tired.. Waking up is the worst. I've been using flonase for last 10 years with minimal impact, I've had nasal surgery which has done nothing. (it did open up the passages to my maxillary sinus). The original post described it pretty well.. It's kind of everything rolled up into one.. So many Dr's don't understand the hit on 'Quality of Life' . I used to be a very uplifting guy, lots of energy.. Now there's always this underlying discomfort which translates into Fatigue, irratilibity, a constant 'fog', and depression.. it sucks. It's greatly affected my relationships. Lots of people with Sinusistis have a dust mite allergy, I have one, and the treatments aren't working.. Try the Shots and drops (oral) they can be ordered online, its worth the try. Surgery is hit or miss.. Cycle through nasal steroids, and keep doing research and telling your ENT's they need to understand the impact on Quality of Life.

doctors usually dont give a damn about their patients, just the money,so theyd tell you pretty much anything, because i went to the hospital for abnormal pains in my lower abdomen and they looked at me like i was crazy so i just out loud just said "F**k yall, im tired of  doctors who are just about the money." sick sons of B****es. ive been having an airy head too, then i feel really tired, but i dont go to the doctor even if there is something wrong, because they will just tell you that you are crazy when you are not.

Hey everyone, I think you should look into allergies. Try buying loratadine and pseudoephedrine (ingredients of Claritin-D). It might help you feel better!

All of these symptoms sounds very connected to issues with your liver. No western medical doctor can help you - you need to go and see an acupuncturist, chinese doctor or an Ayurvedic doctor. They will be able to help you. Guaranteed.
