I had started experiencing such exact symptoms about 7 years ago after enormous stress. These symptoms started along with digestive related issues -  GERD, regular stomach pain. I went to many doctors, no one could had helped me, most told me that it was my imagination. I gave up on conventional medicine, doctors simply did not know what was going on, all tests results were normal. Finally I turned to alternative medicine, holistic treatments. I started exercising, doing Yoga, Ayurveda, Acupuncture, drastically changed my diet eliminating ALL sugars (including fruits), gluten, processed food. Slowly within about 2-3 years most of these symptoms were gone, and brain fog, dizziness, light head and spacey feeling completely disappeared. I am still on diet and maintain healthy life style. I  believe that food allergies, yeast infection triggered by stress had caused it in the first place. I cannot explain what exactly helped, probably combination of everything I have been doing. But the key was getting rid of sugars, including fruits. Not cutting, but getting it out of your diet 100%. I could still eat dairy products, sweet potato, corn, carrots without any symptoms. Why those sugars were OK and fruits were not I have no idea. Every time I used to eat something sweet I had a brain fog.

It was very hard to change  life style, but I had no other choice. I was feeling like I was not going to make it. I could not think, function...  Try it - if it helped me it might help you as well. I know how it feels.

Good luck

I went to the ER recently with similar symptoms I was first lightheaded and then very spacey for a couple of hours. We first went to a walk in urgent care but they were concerned that I could be showing symptoms of a stroke and sent us to the ER. I was aware of everything going on around me but I didn't know how to respond, it was almost like being in shock. I basically had a bunch of tests done EKG, because my heart was feeling weird. I also had a cat scan done just in case. Hours later I went home with a diagnosis of depression and anxiety. My doctor thinks that something just triggered it and I was at a point where I couldn't mentally handle it so I just kind of shut down. I have had anxiety for a couple of years but nothing like this. I hope this might help some of you.

Yes! You described how I feel exactly! 28 Y/O female. No alcohol or smoking in years for me. I was diagnosed with Migraines. I have exercise induced asthma and scoliosis. In 2009 I had Vertigo for a couple weeks ( worst days of my life, I would never wish that on anyone ) Recently, past few months or so, I have been getting lightheaded whenever I move. I am often dizzy and have a slight left pull when I get dizzy while walking. I never feel like im going to fall right, always left. I have been eating a lot of dairy, which is not how I normally eat and I'm wondering if that is affecting this. I've also read an article about salt consumption and how it is supposed to improve blood flow to brain. Hope everyone finds a solution on here! It's exhausting to feel like garbage each day.

Hi everyone. I have been feeling the same symptoms recently this past month. I feel spacey, sometimes dizzy, and just out of it. Sometimes my heart will pound because I am afraid I will pass out. I do suffer from anxiety and take Lorazepam on occasion when needed. I am 32 years old and never had major anxiety or panic attacks until I turned 30. Long story short I lived in a 2nd floor apartment that began to do roofing work, and immediately after the roofing work I was in and out of the hospital then for about 6 months and the test results were all normal. The doctors tried to get me on depression medication and thought it was psychological. DO NOT listen to this or do this right away. Seems to me doctors are so quick to put people on medication and missed my real issue. I ended up finding out that other people in my building were getting sick and found out I was suffering from MOLD TOXICITY. I moved from the building immediately. Seems the roofing work stirred up the mold above in building. I was grateful to get out. It's been 2 years and I don't suffer from extreme panic symptoms anymore. But seems my system is sensitive to allergies. I am allergic to penicillin and poison ivy. My mother has bad asthma and she has been feeling slight dizzy/ out of it symptoms too recently. I guess 1 in 4 people can suffer from mold allergies and their levels of sensitivity vary. So it doesn't mean their is mold in your apartment but could mean that you are sensitive to pollen allergies now that spring/summer is here. Just wanted to share my story and I advise people to do their research on mold poisoning. You don't realize how it can affect even your central nervous system and give you panic attacks or mimic behaviors that doctors are so quick to pass off as psychological. Hope we all feel better soon from the dizzy feeling and hope my experience can help someone else. I really believe it is sensitivity to pollens/allergies

I have the same symptoms for the past 2 years. I am 31. It also involves occasional ringing in the ear along with eyes, pressure, numbness, and a floating like feeling. I had all kinds of tests but barely anything showed. I will check my thyroid. I am curious... How many people or has anyone else been on antidepressants in the past? I am not taking them now for several years. I wonder if there is a correlation.

I have similiar symptoms. I also feel okay typicaly when I wake up but within a half hour to an hour I'm hazy/foggy. It gets better throughout the day, for the most part.. except for last night which was my worst evening ever. But I had to drive and my car has a strut problem and it's very "bouncy" apparently (which I didn't know).. thank you deadbeat boyfriend lol.

I have an EXTREMELY stressful life. Pretty much non-stop for the last 10 years but particularly bad the last 3. I passed out from dehydration last October. Had CT scan, came up clear. Full battery of blood tests. Fine, except for dehydration. I got fluids and was pretty much fine except for a few days of feeling lightheaded, which I attributed to the concussion I got when I fainted.

Now? It's nearly daily but not ALL day. I do have good days. Like the weekend? I was fine after Saturday morning. I can't pinpoint a "trigger". I do have congestion today, but didn't yesterday (when I had the episode). Been to ER/walk-in numerous times.. Nothing. Going to doctor on Monday but will likely go to an ER before then and demand a CT scan if I have another episode before then. VERY unsettling and I do think there is a panic factor associated with it, I just don't know which is first.. the panic or the problem.

Oh and yes, I have breathing issues.. have to yawn to breathe often. To get a full breath
