Also one thing which is not mentioned hereby is fatigue, sometimes light one sometimes severe.
Kindly pass on suggestions if any

Look up derealization on Google. See if this fits. Spacey feelings of unreality. Loss of connection with your body in the dark. Not sinuses or middle ear. It's a dis associative state related to severe anxiety.

Your list of symptoms are pretty much everything I have been experiencing for quite some time. Any update or insight on what might be going on? I have had several tests done such as a sleep study, CT Scan, Transthoracic echocardiogram, and everything comes back negative.
Let me know!

I too have felt this way since i had a panic attack in my early 20's. Now I'm in my early 30's. It come and it goes, watching a lot of tv, being angry sad or worried doesn't help or will spike it, I have not been active or motivated for years. I am a new mom and I now have guilt for not having the energy for my child. I "space out" a lot and feel like I'm just letting her play on her own too much instead of being interactive with her. My husband come home to a messy house because I don't have the energy to clean.
He didn't understand for many years. I think he's starting to be open to it.
He sees how it affects me.
I just took blood tests and I'm low on vitamin D. My sugar and cholesterol were slightly high.
I'm a cracker. Lol what I mean by that is ever since I saw a kid in Jr high crack his back on the school chair I have been doing it ever since. Over the years I started cracking my neck. My dad, sister, and I crack our necks. Something tells me that those of us who crack our necks and have anxiety is not a coincidence.
I have also learned that lack of b-12, vitamin d, and pressure on the neck that keeps blood flow, and signals etc from the brain Cause some of these symptoms.
Like I said earlier it comes and it goes. I got it hard last week after I drank 2 glasses if champaign and asked my husband to crack my back for me. The next day I was zoned out and have been since. I'm hoping for an answer. I hope we all find peace. I too just want to live a normal life. Mostly because my baby deserves the best of me. This brings me to tears. Maybe if we all pray for one another we can all be rid of this feeling that no one seems to understand but us. God bless.

HI, I'm sorry to hear how you are feeling. For over 2 years I had CONSTANT lightheadedness that started around mid morning, right side head pressure down into my ear and neck, headache, ringing in my right ear a feeling of being "foggy" and fatigue. Some days is worse than others and I would fear literally passing out. My doctor first put me on anxiety meds, which didnt help. Then sent me to an ENT, who did and MRI (which was normal) then said I had a vestibular problem, but it was minor and there's nothing to do but vestibular therapy, which I did with out help. Then I saw a neurologist who said it was migraines (although the head pressure NEVER stopped, so not sure how you could have a 2 year migraine) He put me on migraine medicine which was terrible and didn't help. My Dr ran every lab know to man. All normal except an undiagnosed thyroid issue. She then sent me to a rheumatoid doctor which turned up absolutely nothing. I started to feel like my doctor felt like I was making up my symptoms. She really kept telling me it was anxiety. She ran some more labs, reaching for something I think. She told me I should try cognitive therapy and if that didn't help she really didon't know what else to do for me.
I have TMJ and my dentist told me that could be causing the right side ear head neck pressure, but I knew is was something more.
I was so discourged and starting to really get depressed thinking I would just have to deal with feeling like this the rest of my life. Then I really started paying attention. I noticed when I took a large doses of ibuprofen the light headedness was better. I did an experiment and took ibuprofen three times a day for a week. The light headedness nearly disappeared. I then saw a chiropractor for an unrelated issue and gave him a brief summary of the past 2 years. He felt my neck and said my c2 and c3 vertebrae were pushed very far to the right. He suggested I see a physical therapist who diagnosed a problem in my trigeminal nucleus. (I know! What the hell is that? I put a link below of an amazing post that validated me) She did one session on my neck to force the vertebrea back in place and I am not kidding, the light headedness, head pressure, ear pressure and headache immediately went away!! The fatigue and foggy feeling is better now also because my body isn't in constant turmoil. I have no idea if this will help you but i truly hope it does. I want to get my story out there for others searching and researching the internet for hours and hours, like i did, looking for an answer.
Trigeminal impengments are a real problem and very under diagnosed. You cant see this on an xray or MRI or CT. have a long road of physical therapy ahead of me. The therapist is even doing a case study on me and bringing it before her board for a mentorship she is doing. The thing that got me is that my doctor did not even examine or feel my neck. Even though I told her every visit where my discomfort was. Had she have felt the back of my neck she would have felt the large bump on the right side that was my c2.
