Two year ago i was feeling a rather uncomfortable clicking and rubbing in the back of my head. i had the x rays done to find out i have lipping of the c4 and c5. It would bother me on and off possibly around every 3 months for around a day or so.Today it is driving me insane.Every time i move my head i feel the bones rub and i am constantly suffering with headaches.My dr told me back then that there is nothing that can be done.Is this possibly so?Im a single mum with 2 young boys who works extremely long hours day after day to keep us above water though the pain is so uncomfortable i just want to sleep and rest my head day after day and not return to work..Is there really nothing that can be done?
