sorry for this embarrassing question but i must know since i been getting check for Ovarian cysts and i am afraid i am bleeding. My poop is not like diarrhea/ runny but it not solid hard either and i notice this sewage smell or i dont know how to describe it but its strong and i haven't notice it till today. Its not black its a brown color but i notice little red pieces in it? I had watermelon last night and im not sure if it is watermelon or if i am bleeding.
