There's a fair chance that you could be pregnant. Not using a condom when you aren't prepared for a child, isn't the best method. Even the 'pull out' method isn't the best. During the time that you had sex you could have been ovulating. The average time for ovulation is right around the middle of your cycle, which is where you are now. But, don't freak out! You never know some women have weird cycles, longer or shorter, and ovulate at different times. You could be one of those women.

You shouldn't worry about pregnancy until you have those symptoms. Of course it's easy to worry yourself into those symptoms, but it'll be alright. Your period could be late this month, as sex and losing virginity seems to do that. Or you might've worried it away. Either way don't think about it until you crossed that bridge.

Now about pain and virginity. Most women feel it, some even bleed for a week or two. What you're experiencing now is completely normal, and will go away. 18 hours ago was not a long time, so it's bound to still be tender and hurt with some movements. You only have this pain because it's a new sensation, something you've never done before. After a few more times this pain will be gone, and you'll be as good as new. Next time though think about a condom, or going on the pill. :)
