I’m suffering from low blood pressure for years. But recently I noticed that my pulse rate is very high also. I’m taking my medications regularly. What’s happening when you have low blood pressure and high pulse rate? Do I need to go to doctor? Anybody with experience tell me, please? Thanks!

As I know, low blood pressure and an increased heart rate can be a sign of dehydration. You must drink 8-10 large glasses of water daily. If you are worried about your heart rate limiting your caffeine intake, practicing yoga or another form of relaxation, increasing your aerobic activity, and talking to your health care provider.
