I have a lum in my left earlobe it started small but now its bigger and ver sore to touch the lump is based where my ear attachesthe side of my head. Can anyone tell me what it is?

(I)well... that happened to me so i visited my doctor and my doc told me it was kind of... well you know the hair inside your ear drums maybe it was a piece of hair that rip-ed off
