So I got my period a few days ago and it was very heavy, like it overflowed my pad in less than an hour, and the cramps were really bad, though I usually don't get any cramps at all. It's gotten less heavy and less crampy since I got it, but today I found a lump in my pad. It was triangular shaped and fleshy and smelled like it was rotting. I've been looking around on Google and the usual answer when the lump of flesh is triangular is that it's a miscarriage. I'm a virgin though, so that can't be it. I also saw that it might be just a clot or shredded tissues, but it's not a lump of blood and it seems too thick to be a tissue. Im seventeen and I'm really worried about this and I don't know what it is or what to do about it
