i have just noticed a lump under the skin about 1.5 inches down from the shaft, it is in line with the "seam" on the scrotum. it is hard (i can squeeze it but nothing happens and it is about as hard as thick rubber) and it hurts a bit when i squeeze it, i only noticed it because it annoyed me when cycling.
doctors?
pharmacy remedy?
