My weight: 70kg [153 lbs] My height: 1,85m [6ft 53/64 in] Semetime people say that i am too thin, but i think my weight is good enough. Maybe I should start to eat something more nutritious? Does it is necessary?

Hi Sarius,

You are tall for a 13 year old.

As to your weight, don't worry about it.  You are going to be gaining A LOT of muscle mass over the next few years as you continue to develop.  Testosterone will do that to you.

You'll bulk up.  

Just keep eating healthy and staying active.  Muscle weighs more than fat - per volume.
