The heart issue can be a Vasovagal Attack, or Neurocardiogenic Syncope Symptoms, this can and may be caused by Masterbation. The cure for this in your case would be to stop Masterbating. Taking a low dose of some type of Bata Blocker like Metoprprolol Tartrate may help with reducing symptoms.
