Basically, penis exercises are workouts for the penis and the nearby areas. Hint: 100 is quite good, 500 is absolutely amazing. This is also a great way to track progress, simply keep a journal of how many reps you managed to do each day.

Other types of penis enlargement exercises include jelqing (doing "milking" movements) and stretching. A question you might ask is whether penis enlargement exercises have been scientifically proven to provide benefits. The answer is a sound yes, for example see the study in 2005 issue of British Journal of Urology International which confirmed that kegel exercises can be used to efficiently treat erectile dysfunction and premature ejaculation problems.
