a yeah u need to stop or do not do it as frequently because it decreases your sperm count and you can get addicted to it and then you become anti-social and you lose nutrients, and it can interfere with the things you have to do, like your at school and your doing a test and all you can thing about is "jerking off,jerking off,jerking off man i wish i can right now" then bout time you come to ur senses the timer ran out. just slow down or it you think it is making you worst go cold turkey find something else to do that interest you.
