Hello to you too. I have also read something similar. There were several studies about this. One of them has investigated how Mediterranean-style diet can help in preventing Alzheimer’s disease. It shows that a group that took this diet has the least chance to develop this disease. Diet in general plays an important role in many diseases appearance. I mean, just take cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases. Mediterranean diet uses herbal oils for preparing meals. These oils have essential fatty acids which are very important since they are not produced in our body. I hope this helps. Bye!
