I think that I am a little bit boring with this diet program, but I have to say that I like almost everything about it – I mean, all those things that I have read before. Now, I was wondering, are there some good, tasty Volumetric diet recipes that you can share with me? It doesn’t matter are they easy or hard to make, I just want to know a few of them, so in that case, maybe I will be able to start follow this diet.
I like some specifications of this diet program, and I am so into it.

They are not that hard to make :)
This one is great for your breakfast. Fiber one parfait is an excellent choice. It is healthy breakfast, maybe snack, but even a lunch :) You need just five minutes to prepare it. You will need 1 / 2 c fiber one cereal, 1 c of frozen mango, berries or some other fruit that you like, and light yogurt. Layer in a glass yogurt, cereal and frit. Eat it!

I remember one recipe, that was so cool for me. It is delicious, and I am sure that you are going to love it.
Caribbean black beans. You will need green peppers, cilantro, onion, garlic. One can of drained black beans, tomato juice. In small saucepan on the medium heat, combine beans, tomato juice, cilantro, green pepper, onion and garlic. Cook it for 10 minutes, until it is ready.
It is easy and amazing for example, for lunch.
