Hey everyone.
I have been experiencing some annoying symptoms since around April of last year.
I have a lump in the back of my neck, and if i had to guess, it's about 2 3/4 inches wide. It is hard, and it doesn't move around.
I am also experiencing fatigue, and in the past two weeks i have lost six pounds.
What could it be, cancer or not (probably not cancer, right?)
I am not a hypochondriac, but I like to live a healthy life.
Please give me some answers. I will add additional details if necessary

Did it happen directly after the hair cut. Its a possibility that the close-cropping technique introduced an infection to that area which eventually was drained to the lymph node. Is it still tender? If not maybe there are glands in the back of the neck.
