I've just noticed the exact same thing! Under my left eye, very small red raised area. Not painful to touch though. Mine sorta seems like I may have scratched it in my sleep though. Hopefully it will go down. Definitely NOT a stye.

What was the outcome? I have an appointment next week with an ENT. It has been going on for 3 months. It will last a week then go away for about 2 weeks and then it begins again.

Mine does the same thing! Goes away and comes back once a month. It definitely isn’t a stye and the swelling is so severe that my skin is creased under my eye with 2 large red spots that burn like fire.

That sounds like shingles. Go to the doctor now and get started on antiviral meds...if it is shingles this will knock it out before it gets worse...
