I had been taking minocin for about three weeks when I started to experience significant hair thinning. I an a 17 year old girl so this is very worrying. I went to my doctor who told me to stop taking the minocin I was taking 100mg once a day. I haven't taken Any minocin in two weeks but the hair loss is still continuing! When will it stop? :'(

This is interesting to me since I just started taking minocycline FOR hair loss. Diagnosed with lichen planopilaris and treatment is the minocycline and a topical steroid, used for three months. Your post makes me nervous. I am just finishing up the first week of anitbiotics and topical steroid........

Maybe there's two different types of Minocycline, check the leaflet inside the box of tablets and read the possible side effects list, on my list hair loss is listed as a potential sise effect. Im terrified I will lose all my hair now that hair loss has started :(

I experienced hair loss and researched the best vitamins to combat the problem. Then some one told me that a product named Reloxe included all the safe vitamins etc. that stimulated hair growth. I tried it and they were right! Worked in about 3 months. Reloxe Stopped me from having to buy 10 or more different kinds of vitamins per month. LOL
