Help: I have had my mirena cook since having my daughter in 2013, it's been fine, still had light period like clockwork...until about 3 months ago I have a really heavy bleed, it gave me hot cold flushes, aches to my core the lot, I had a period two weeks after this. I started thinking it was a miscarriage? Then about a month after, I thought I was ovulating but the I had this hurrendous pain in my lower right side, it was agony, I could hardly walk, was super close to phoning 999 but after about 2 hours the pain settled to a dull ache, any ideas on that?  And lastly, I'm over 2 weeks last, cramps, backache, hungry, moody, tired and emotional. Pregnancy test came back false, would this be the coil showing a negative result or is it normal to have these hormones with a missed period and pregnancy systoms
