Heather Locklear plays a single mother to two daughters (Hilary Duff and Aria Wallace). The mother moves to a new town everytime she breaks up with her boyfriend. Her oldest daughter (Hilary Duff) comes up with a scheme to keep her from moving that eventually goes haywire.
It's definitely a girlie film. Christopher Noth is in the movie for eye candy and the object of affection as a romantic restauranteur *sigh*.
The interaction between the mother/daughters seems natural and when the mother figures out what she's doing wrong, is sad.
The girlie and I give it 3 stars.
