I've recently found out that my foreskin is almost completely covering my urethra opening, while leaving the right side of my penis visible; also, my penis looks dry.Is this normal? I'm a 14 year old boy uncircumcised and can fairly easily retract. I've heard of tilted penis (I have one) being normal but I can't seem to find any information about tilted foreskin.

It sounds to me as though your foreskin is a bit longer on the left side than the right side. This is harmless and nothing to worry about.
If it bothers you, then you can stretch the short side which will cause tissue expansion and make it longer. This is slow and takes time because mitosis (cell splitting in the foreskin) is necessary to cause tissue expansion.
Nromally, the foreskin over the head keeps the head slightly moist by the process called transudation. If it is dry, then you can put some soothing hand lotion on the head.
