My girlfriend has mised 3 periods in a row took 2 pregnancy tests but the came back negitive can someone please tell me what's going on

hi there dude.jt.jt i had that happened to me too for 3 months no period... and i wasnt pregnant either i went to my doctor and all she said was it was stress then i felt relieved it was nothing and month later I GOT MY PERIOD back so dont worry too much ..if you really are worried you can let her take a blood test for preganancy if its negative than you can be sure she is not.. but im more than sure youd know she is pregnant by now hope this helped!
